Due to overwhelming demand :P this experimental forum has been set up. It is meant to be a place to share Internet sites you find of particular chess interest.

As there are many categories of links, it would be undoable to create a thread for every category: openings, middle game, endgame, instruction, computer chess, hardware info, torunaments, chess organisations, chess playing sites, correspondence chess, etc.

Thus it is best to share your links - if you want to - in one message. If you stumble upon a new link you can always add that link to the thread with your orginal links, preferably a couple each time.

Please don't simply post the URL's, but add what the site is about. There's no need for long explanations, just a quick indication of what it's about. And if possible, categorize them a _little_ bit, just to make it easier for visitors.

Thanks.

For clarification, if someone wishes to post links do you suggest they create a new thread? As an example, if I want to post links do I start a thread called "Will's Links"?

That's what I had in mind.

And thereafter to add any additional new links I would edit the first message in the "Will's Links" thread to include those new additional links?

No, because it would be hard for people to find new postings. I would post a reply to your own message, or to the message with similar links if that comes in handy.

Thanks for setting this up, Jeroen. I appreciate it.

Pay attention to that, everyone.
