 Post subject: my next move?

well, I am playing against a computer, and i am stuck. I need some advice in what my next plays should be.
underline the moved pieces.

red = white

O = an open space on the board.
P = pawn
N = knight
B = bishop
R = rook
Q = queen
K = king

ROOOKBOR
PPONOPPO
OOOPOOOP
QOPOPOBO
OOPOPOOO
OPOPOOPN
POQOOPOP
ONOKOOOR
