I want to play Slav for the first time. So I bought the Book:
Slav and Semi-Slav (Starting Out).

Has anybody read this book, let me know how it is?
Also please let me know which books should be read to learn Slav/SemiSlav as a beginer.

Thanks

If you have ChessBase or Fritz (or want to use the free ChessBase Light software), this might be worth a look:

I have bought this book.

I want to know if there are some better ways to learn Slav?

Thanks

My apologies. From your saying "book" and the way you typed the name, I thought we were talking about two different things.

Are we talking ways other than books? I don’t believe there is anything out on it from the Chessbase opening DVD’s - so the short answer is no. I’m sure there are better books out on it though - if you’re more of an advanced player the ‘Starting Out’ series always seem too simplistic, though I still use the one on the English opening.

There may be a Foxy opening DVD on it, but they tend to be a bit hit-and-miss (miss more than hit to be honest - about 5 out of the 10 or so that I own are total rubbish).
