As the title suggests, i wonder what other than a forced mate or a stalemate in a losing position is worth a queen sac (p.s. a sac in my book means you cannot win it back 2 moves later)

Any sacrifice leading you to a winning position is worth while. Any winning position by definition will lead to a forced mate, so if you're going for a decisive advantage, any sound sacrifice is worth while.

If you can get 2 rooks or 3 minor pieces for the queen, you should usually do it.

Then again, that's not really a 'sac'
